SPR# ATHS4DBSMA - Fix problem with entries in mail memo Ambiguous Name dialog under certain circumstances.

Problem:
To work around this issue, change your Location document so that the field
"Activate recipient name type-ahead" has the value "On Each Character"
specified.
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Notes 5.0.3.
